The agency workspace
Your organization, the Clients board, and how it sits beside your personal workspace.
The agency workspace is for running agents on behalf of other people — clients who will never log in, whose posts go out under their name, and who know your agency, not us. It sits beside your personal workspace, and you can switch between the two from the footer.
What you get
- An organization — your agency's name and logo, your team, and its own billing. It is created the first time you open the agency workspace; nothing to apply for. One organization per account.
- A Clients board — every client with a status chip: Needs setup, Awaiting connect, Needs reconnect, Running, Paused. Add a client with a name and a contact email.
- A page per client — the same agent workspace you use for yourself, addressed to the client: the robot talks about them, the brief is theirs, the outbox is theirs. Plus the client's contact email, time zone, connected accounts and assigned account manager.
- A hand-off to the client — anything only the client can do (connect their LinkedIn) or knows better than you (their voice, their war stories) can be sent to them as one private link, under your agency's name. See Asking your client for answers.
How a client differs from you
| You (personal workspace) | A client | |
|---|---|---|
| Login | Yes | None. They act only through private links you send. |
| Connected accounts | As many as you like | One per platform. Connecting a second LinkedIn replaces the first. |
| Time zone | Your Settings | Set on their page; until then, yours. |
| Who gets alerts and the look-ahead | You | Their account manager, else the agency owner. Optionally a white-label copy to the client. |
| Branding on what they see | PostAgent | Your agency's name and logo. |
| Billing | Professional plan, $79/month | Agency plan on the organization, $299/month for 3 clients, $49 per client beyond. See Agency billing. |
Isolation
Each client is a sealed compartment. Their accounts live in their own space with our publishing partner; a client's agent can only be pointed at that client's accounts, never yours or another client's, and the scheduler pauses any agent that somehow ends up otherwise. Team members with the Member role see only the clients assigned to them.
Two workspaces, one account
Your personal agents keep running exactly as before. The navigation changes with the workspace — Agents, Accounts, Content Sources and Posts in personal; Clients and Organization in agency — and the footer link switches between them. If you own an agency plan, it also covers your own personal agents, so you never pay for both.
Where to start
- Name the organization and upload a logo on the Organization page. The logo replaces our robot on everything your client sees.
- Add a client.
- Set up their agent — answering what you know, sending the rest to them.
- Invite your team when there is more than one of you. See Your team and roles.
