Billing and the free trial

The 7-day no-card trial, the Professional plan, and what happens when either lapses.

One plan: Professional, $79 a month. It covers every agent on your account, every platform, images, the claims check and the look-ahead email — there are no per-post charges, no usage tiers and nothing to top up. Cancel any time from the billing portal; the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

The free trial

  • Seven days, no card. The trial starts the moment you register and ends seven days later, whether or not you finish setup. Settings shows the days remaining. (Agencies get fourteen; see Agency billing.)
  • Everything works. Agents run, posts publish, images render. It is the real product, not a demo.
  • When it ends without a subscription, your agents are paused — nothing publishes unpaid — and Settings says "Your trial has expired." Your brief, material, grades and queued posts are all kept.
  • You will get at most three emails during the trial; see Emails we send.

Subscribing

  1. In Settings, press Subscribe — $79/month.
  2. A secure checkout opens, hosted by our payment processor. We never see or store your card.
  3. On return, Settings shows "Professional plan — active" with your next billing date. If your agents were paused by the trial ending, resume them from their pages ("Paused — resume").

Subscribing during the trial does not shorten it in practice: you are billed from the day you subscribe, and the agent keeps running without a gap.

Managing the plan

Manage Subscription in Settings opens the billing portal: update the card, download invoices, cancel. Changes made there reach us within seconds by webhook and are double-checked every hour, so the state in Settings is never more than an hour out of date even if a webhook is missed.

If a payment fails

The plan becomes past due at once and your agents are paused with the reason on their pages: "Your payment failed. Please update your payment method to keep your agents running." The processor retries the card over the following days. Update it in the portal, then resume your agents. Nothing is deleted.

Cancelling

Cancel in the portal. Your agents keep running until the paid period ends, then pause. Resubscribe at any point and resume them; everything is where you left it. To delete the account itself, use Delete Account at the bottom of Settings: that cancels the plan immediately, disconnects every social account and removes your agents, material, posting history and uploaded files. It cannot be undone.

Agencies

If you run an organization, the agency plan ($299 a month, three clients included) is billed to the organization and also covers your own personal agents. See Agency billing.
