Agency billing
One plan for the organization, priced per client, separate from any personal plan.
The agency plan is $299 a month with three clients included, then $49 a month per client beyond that. Team members are free at any number. It is billed to the organization, separately from any personal plan.
What you pay for
| Clients | Monthly |
|---|---|
| 1 – 3 | $299 |
| 4 | $348 |
| 5 | $397 |
| 10 | $642 |
| Each further client | + $49 |
A "client" is a client record on your board, whether their agent is running or paused. The seat count follows the board automatically: adding a fourth client adds a prorated seat to the current month's invoice at once, and the count is re-checked every hour so it never drifts from what you actually have.
Starting and managing it
- Only the Owner sees billing, on the Organization page. Admins run clients but never see money.
- Subscribe to the agency plan opens a secure checkout with the base plan and any extra seats you already need.
- Once subscribed, Manage subscription opens the billing portal: change the card, download invoices, cancel. The status line shows your client count and renewal date.
- Cards are never stored by us; the checkout and portal are hosted by our payment processor.
The free trial
Your organization is covered by the owner's trial, which grows from 7 to 14 days the moment the organization is created, counted from the day the owner registered (so a solo account that becomes an agency on day 5 has 14 days in total, not 14 more). Two weeks is what it takes to get a real client from invite to a week of published posts. During it, client agents run exactly as they will on the plan — real posts, real publishing. The Organization page shows the days left. When the trial ends without a subscription, every client agent pauses and the Clients board shows why. Subscribe, then resume each agent from its page ("Paused — resume"); queued posts and briefs are all still there.
Your own presence
The agency plan also covers the owner's personal agents — the agency's own LinkedIn presence is part of what the $299 pays for. You do not need a $79 Professional plan on top. (If you had one before creating the organization, cancel it from your Settings page; nothing else changes.)
If a payment fails
As soon as a renewal payment fails the plan is past due and client agents are paused — nothing publishes on an unpaid plan — with the reason on the Organization page and the Clients board ("Your payment failed. Please update your payment method to keep your agents running."). The processor retries the card over the following days. Update the card in the portal, then resume each agent from its page. Queued posts are kept.
Removing a client
Pausing a client does not remove their seat. To stop paying for one, remove the client from the foot of their page (owners and admins); the seat comes off the plan that day, prorated to the current period. What removal deletes is spelled out in Adding a client.
