What your client sees

The email, the page and the questions — all under your agency's name, never ours.

Everything your client receives is in your agency's name. PostAgent appears only as a small "powered by" line, the way a payment processor's name sits at the bottom of a checkout page. Your client never creates an account, never sees a dashboard, and is never told they are talking to an autopilot — they are asked for a few things by your team, and their posts go out.

The email

The subject and button change with what you asked for:

You tickedSubjectHeadingButton
Connect only"{Your agency}: one click to securely connect your LinkedIn""{Your agency} is requesting to connect your LinkedIn"Connect securely
Grade the posts (with or without connect)"{Your agency}: a few posts to look over""{Your agency} has a few posts for you to look over"Look over the posts
Anything about them"{Your agency}: a few things to share, securely""{Your agency} is requesting a few things from you"Share securely

The body says "{Your agency}'s agent {Agent name} is requesting the following from you", lists exactly what you ticked in plain words ("Connect your LinkedIn — one click, on LinkedIn's own page (no password shared)"), and explains why a private link instead of replying by email: it works like signing in with Google — they act on the platform's own page and nobody at the agency ever sees a password. The link is described as private to them and good for 30 days. It is signed off "Private link · powered by PostAgent" and nothing else about the product.

The sender name in their inbox is your agency's, the header bar carries your agency's name and — if you uploaded one on the Organization page — your logo. The same is true of every other email a client can receive from us: the weekly look-ahead and the agent's occasional question.

The page

One link opens one of three pages, chosen by what you asked for. Your logo replaces the robot wherever the robot would appear.

Connect only

A single card: "{Your agency} is requesting to connect your LinkedIn", one sentence of reassurance (they sign in on the platform's own page; neither you nor PostAgent sees their password; they can disconnect any time from their account settings), and a "Connect LinkedIn securely" button. Smaller buttons offer X, Threads, Facebook and Instagram instead. The platform's own sign-in page follows, then they land back on a thank-you.

Grading the posts

A white-label outbox, headed "{Your agency} manages your posts — here's what's coming up". They see what is scheduled or queued, then recent posts, each rendered as it will look on LinkedIn. Under every post: thumbs up, thumbs down, an optional note. On every upcoming post: Don't post this, which pulls it — same as your Remove from queue. Their grades steer the agent exactly like yours do. If you ticked connect too, a connect card sits at the top so they can do both without a second email. The footer reads "Your feedback goes straight to {Your agency} · powered by PostAgent".

Sharing about themselves

The same robot conversation you had, cut down to the questions you ticked, with whatever you already answered shown as a starting point they can add to rather than a blank. It always ends the same way: three sample posts to grade, then the connect step (skipped if an account is already connected). They can stop and come back; the link remembers where they were.

Afterwards

  • Reopening a finished link shows "All done — thank you! I've got everything I need. Your posts are being prepared and will go out on schedule."
  • An expired link (30 days) shows "This link isn't valid anymore — ask whoever set this up for a fresh link".
  • If you turn on the weekly copy in the console, they get "Your posts for the week — from {Your agency}" ahead of each week's posts, with their own review link to the same grading page. See Reviewing posts ahead of time.

What they never see

  • Your other clients, your team, your billing, or the product's own pages.
  • The word "autopilot", or anything suggesting a machine is writing without oversight. Your agency is doing the work; the tooling is yours.
  • A password prompt. If anything ever asks your client for their LinkedIn password, it is not us — tell them so up front and they will trust the real link more.

Want to see it yourself? Add a test client with your own email, tick everything, and press Email. The whole thing takes two minutes and you will send the real one with more confidence.
